Gradebook SAVI Terms of Use

Purpose

Gradebook SAVI is an independent YENTUMI education technology service intended to help educators prepare curriculum-aligned teaching materials. It is not an official portal of NaCCA or the Ghana Education Service.

Professional responsibility

AI-assisted materials are drafts for professional teacher review. Teachers remain responsible for checking curriculum fit, accuracy, age appropriateness, local context and suitability for their learners before classroom use.

Account use

Keep your password private and use one account per teacher. Automated abuse, resale of access, attempts to bypass usage controls, or unlawful use may lead to temporary or permanent suspension.

School relationship

SAVI School supports instructional lesson-note submission, constructive Headteacher review and school instructional reporting. It does not expose a teacher’s private SAVI library and does not replace official Results, report cards, attendance, learner records, billing or wider school administration functions.
